Fiona Kuzava
President / Account Executive
Fiona brings many years of experience to the group as a producer in the production and post-production arena. First serving as a live broadcast producer in London, Fiona transitioned to the United States as a marketing professional in the Detroit area in 1986. One of her greatest accomplishments was in heading up the CG group Grace & Wild's “Division X” – taking the group from a research division to a multi-million dollar production facility, specializing in photo-real CG automotive footage for advertising use. Fiona serves as President and Account Executive at M2 and is responsible for sales/marketing efforts and customer relations.
Max Lazzarin
Creative Director / Designer
Max is a seasoned director and designer with almost 20 years of experience in CG and motion design. He commenced his career in Toronto, where he worked across various departments, acquiring an array of skills including modeling, rigging, lighting, and compositing. Later, he relocated to his hometown of Windsor and joined Grace & Wild's Division X team. There, he assumed the position of CGI Lead, garnering significant industry recognition for his design of award-winning animation and visual effects. Max now serves as a creative lead at M2, where he oversees projects from inception to completion.
Daniel Olson
Creative Director / Designer
Daniel began his journey by receiving a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the College For Creative Studies in Detroit. Upon graduation, he joined Division X. After years of experience, he became a CGI Lead and was part of a team that worked on award-winning animations and VFX. He also works as a freelance photographer selling original prints; his work has been seen in Detroit Home magazine. Daniel now serves as Creative Director and as a VFX and motion design artist for M2 Creative.
Carl Kondrat
Composer / Audio Engineer
Carl's audio career started back in high school, where he played in and recorded local bands. In 2005 he studied Digital, Media, Art and Technology at MSU and began honing his skills in editing, mixing, and production. While obtaining his degree, he recorded 30+ bands, getting signed to several record labels ('We Came as Romans' being most notable). After graduating in 2009, he expanded his skill set to live sound and lighting, providing more services to local bands and businesses. After many years working as a freelance music produer and audio engineer Carl joined the M2 Creative team. Since then he has created, edited, mixed and produced audio for local and national campaigns. He also provides musicianship on an array of instruments and vocals. Carl serves as M2 Creative's Audio Specialist.
